This tea infuser is very handy if you want just a single cup or mug of tea rather than making a whole pot.
Unlike many other infusers this one has room inside to allow the tea to infuse properly and the silicone rubber & stainless steel top ensure everything stays hot as it covers the top of the infuser and the mug. It's also big enough to not fall into the mug and cleaning it after use is a breeze.
As a drinker of first flush Darjeeling teas from many tea gardens for more than thirty years I choose tea from Giddapahar as my favourite.
The leaf is mostly whole/unbroken in size and is all tip & bud which gives much credit to the care in handling and processing by the people in Giddapahar.
The flavour is floral, broad and complex which changes as the tea cools and there's a very slight astringent finish that stays on the palate for a few seconds. The colour of the liquor is pale yellow.
I would highly recommend this tea to anyone who appreciates the best of teas from Darjeeling, treat yourself before it's gone because it's not easily found.
This is my favourite green tea for flavour, it’s clean and vibrant taste and it’s essential polyphenols. I drink this tea 3 times a day as part of my healing protocol from cancer. I love the soft dewy taste and easy drinkability.
I also love I can get 2 cups of food tasting clean tea from each strainer. I’m not one for measuring, life is too short so I grab a generous pinch for my first cup, allow to steep for at least 4 minutes then for my second I add a few more fresh leaves to the strainer and go again. Highly recommend this tea and company because I know I’m getting the cleanest tea possible. Working my way through some cleansing varieties ❤️

I plan to open a store that sells milk tea here in Hayward in January next year, so I need to find a tea wholesaler to provide me with the supply of ingredients I need for my new business. I found your advice quite helpful when you told us to choose teas that had been grown sustainably since the health of the soil can affect the flavors of the tea, so we should make sure to choose those grown from richer and more alive soil with no chemicals stripping out the nutrients. I’ll be sure to remember this while I look for a wholesale tea distributor in California to contact for help soon. https://www.bossenstore.com/collections/tea-collection
