Politique d’expédition

We dispatch all orders as soon as we can, typically within 24 hours of receiving an order.   Feel free to provide additional instructions in the notes section of the checkout process if you are placing a rush order and we will try to meet your timeline.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail within the UK. All international orders are sent using Royal Mail’s International Standard service. Delivery rates depend on weight, size and your location. These are calculated at the checkout. Here’s a reference:

UK Delivery

  • Standard (2-5 working days, not tracked): £3.20
  • Next Day Delivery (fully tracked): £7.65  

EU Delivery

  • International Standard (5-7 working days, not tracked): £7.45
  • Tracked & Signed (5-7 working days):  £11.80

 USA Delivery

  • International Standard (7-10 working days, not tracked): £13.45
  • International Tracked (5-7 working days, delivery confirmation): £17.80

Rest of the World

  • International Standard (6-7 working days, not tracked): £11.80
  • International Tracked (5-7 working days, delivery confirmation) £16.05

*Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be potential delays in the delivery of your orders. Many governments worldwide are implementing measures to stop the spread of the virus. Whilst these measures do not apply to the movement of goods, lockdown measures could affect transport routes, delivery points, and local offices with a reduced workforce. RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you would like to return something then the item needs to be returned to us in a saleable condition its original condition, within 30 days of receiving your order for us to be able to issue a refund. Due to perishable nature of tea we are unable to offer refunds if the tea pouches have been opened.  

We are unable to offer an exchange unless the item is faulty or damaged. In this case, the exchange will be for the same product only. If you would like a different item then the item must be returned and a new order must be placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@karmatea.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

It is your responsibility to return items using a secure postage method, and sufficient packaging to ensure the order is returned in the original condition. The item is your responsibility until we receive it, and you are responsible to pay the cost of the returns postage. We recommend using a tracked method.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please let us know immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
