White Yeti is a smooth white style tea that brews a golden honey colour with notes of vanilla, spring blossoms and fresh butter developing over multiple infusions. It’s made from organically grown spring buds and young leaves by the Kanchanjangha Tea Estate in the Eastern Nepali Himalayas, the country’s first organic certified tea garden.

🌱 HOW IT'S MADE
White Yeti is made using the tender one leaf and a bud that are hand-plucked during the spring and summer. The tea leaves are left to wither naturally for a few hours depending on the weather conditions. Once they have sufficiently softened, the leaves are transferred to a rolling machine for ten minutes at a low pressure. The gentle rolling action causes the cells in the leaves to break up and release some of
the sap, essential oils and juices which further enhances the taste of tea. The leaves are then dried to lock in the final flavour.
☕️ Brewing suggestions
We recommend using 2-3g of tea, at 85° for 3 mins. This tea can be infused twice.
