ESHA (EARL) GREY
Our version of the classic Earl Grey combines black tea from the highlands of Sri Lanka infused with real bergamot essential oil from fruits grown around the Mediterranean. There are various legends about the origin of this tea and ours is reimagined for today; it’s bright, zesty and a breath of fresh air.

🌱 HOW IT'S MADE
This tea is made from finely plucking the first two leaves and a bud. The leaves are then processed the orthodox way through a process of withering, rolling, oxidation, sorting, and drying. Pure bergamot oil is later added to give the tea its signature zesty taste.
☕️ Brewing suggestions
We recommend using 2.5g (2 tsp) per 250ml water at 90°C for 3 minutes. This tea can be infused twice.
