Ceylon Cinnamon

This tea is made using only one leaf and a bud, a higher standard of picking than most commercial farms which pick two leaves and a bud. The leaves are withered and then rolled by hand in small batches. After oxidisation, the leaves are dried in a biomass dryer. Flakes of cinnamon that also grow on the estate are blended into the tea by hand.

We recommend using 2.5g (2 tsp) of tea per 250ml water at 95°C for 3 minutes. This tea can be infused twice.
