🌱 HOW IT'S MADE
Forest Noir is made using only the bud and two leaves from quality cultivar plants that are organically produced without using chemicals and pesticides. Carefully handled to ensure the tender leaves remain undamaged, the leaves are broughtto the factory and withered in the specially made withering troughs with lightly heated ambient air to extract some moisture to increase the concentration of the cell sap. Following withering, the leaves get a gentle rolling in custom made rollers to bring out their unique characteristics. Then after a short fermentation period, the leaves go into the dryer.
☕️ Brewing suggestions
Use 2.5g per 250ml water at 95°C for 3-4 minutes. This tea can be infused twice.
